Building Addition - Mount Penn Fire Company

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Mount Penn Fire Company in Berks County for the Building Addition project.   The work shall be performed under a Single Prime Contract for General Construction.

The Bids are Due on March 18, 2026, at 2 PM.

Digital Bidding Documents: Available as of February 26, 2026.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Mount Penn Fire Company, 2711 Grant Street, Reading, PA 19606. Bidding documents will not be available at the pre-bid conference.

To bid on the project, all Bidders MUST register with and purchase bidding documents from Muhlenberg Greene Architects, Ltd. to receive all pertinent Addenda and bidding information.
